Everyday is a Bitche!

Sashimi tops the list in Japanese cuisine. Best served raw and fresh and if served on top of a small ball of rice, it is called nigiri zushi.

It is usually beautifully arranged and served on top of shredded daikon and shiso leaves. Salmon dipped in soy sauce and hell lots of wasabi is the way Darynne's Bitche likes it.

Some of the most popular kinds of sashimi are:

• Maguro: Tuna
• Toro: Fatty Tuna
• Ebi: Prawn
• Saba: Mackerel
• Ika: Squid
• Tako: Octopus

Salmon being both our favourites draw us into Japanese restaurants almost whenever we walks by. It tops our 'What-To-Eat' list. We are seen very often in Zanmai Sushi and Sakae. Rakuzen in Subang is definitely the best I have tried by far. Then again, I have not tried Jogoya, Shogun and Tenji which I will real soon. (outdated I know)

Remember! Always only take saltwater fish, not freshwater fish that may contain parasites (causes food poisoning). Not unless if it is cooked.

My OH-So Belated Anniversary Present

Got it weeks back on our 2nd anniversary after Picadilly. He thought hard and long for it. Thats what I meant by boys suck at picking presents. Wait la wait. In a couple of years time, I'll start listing My Desired Gifts for him. Sure kantoi!

...fragrances will never go wrong! and even that, he needed help from his colleague for the idea. wtf?

It's the thought that counts. Still love!

His sis read our blog and asked us today. Why do we call ourselves Bitche's?

At the stage where we just got together and being unofficial then, we were not exactly GF-BF. Instead of the common 'Friends' which it obviously weren't that simple, I called him My Bitche with the 'E'. On top of that, we weren't really a couple then anyway.

Why STILL a Bitche?

My friends have already known him as My Bitche, even until this very day!

Examples:

M: Hey D, where's your 'bitche'?

Z: Hey! You are Darynne's 'Bitche' right? I read it from her blog..

Q: *laughs* BITCHE! *laughs again*

JB: Like finally! I've set up this blog single handedly, posted twice, reminded you to post something, gave you the password and username and now you strut in here only when you are bored at work.

Me: Whaaaaattt... I've been busy dear.

I really was busy... But, I also forgot the username and password both times she reminded me.....

Here's my excuse, I've recently started my new job at an event company and was busy running a BMW roadshow for 5 days straight! 10am-10pm! That's 12 hours of boredom and all I wanted to do after was spend some time with the girlfriend. So blame me not for taking my own sweet time posting this up.

Enough excuses. First and foremost... DB would like to welcome you to this blog. Please note that this is my first time blogging and I'm not much of a writer. Anyone out there who could sponsor a copy of "Blogging for Dummies" would be much appreciated.
